Ashton: Brindle Dublin with Silver (ELX) Tobacco Pipe

Fashioned in extra-large ELX proportions, this Dublin from Ashton's Jimmy Craig boasts many elements to appreciate. The gently flaring, towering bowl offers more than two inches of chamber depth within thick walls, while a low-set transition further emphasizes the bowl's height. The stummel is dressed in one of the English marque's remarkable dark ruby sandblasts, hearkening back to those finishes rendered by early 20th century pipe makers. The rim is smoothly rendered in a complementing hue, while a generous, gleaming silver band lends a fetching accent. It's topped here by a brindled saddle stem of dark blue and black colors, lending contrast to the hues of the stummel.
