Ashton is known for their classic English shaping, colorful brindled stems, and crisp sandblasts, all of which are on display with this Rhodesian. Squat and muscular, the bowl possesses a pair of sharply defined beadlines that rest just below its tapered rim and just above its full, plump heel. The shank and stem provide balance to the bowl and strike a gentle S-curve out back that promotes a comfortable smoking posture. A rugged sandblast commends the briar and draws out rippling growth rings across the flanks of the bowl, while a sterling silver accent adorns the junction and provides a dose of flash to the composition for further visual appeal.
