Offering more than two inches of chamber depth and boasting a length of nearly six and a half, this Poker from Ashton's Jimmy Craig is quite a large rendition, yet maintains a pleasing adherence to the English shape-chart standard. This piece is nearly but not quite "Magnum" size, the workshop's largest size designation, and boasts multi-faceted paneling on the thick-walled bowl and shank. The larger briar provides plenty of surface area on which to appreciate the marque's renowned Old Church sandblast, the light stain showing off handsome grain patterns and offering delightful tactile opportunities for the fingers.
