Ashton: Claret Billiard (XX) Tobacco Pipe

While we often see larger classic shape interpretations from Ashton, this straight Billiard displays the more svelte dimensions of Jimmy Craig's second-smallest XX designation. Quite classic in profile, an upright bowl perches at the end of an arrow-straight shank-and-stem combination. It's wearing the striking, ruby stained sandblast of the English marque's Claret finish, a choice that does wonders to highlight handsome cross grain. Paired with a no-nonsense black tapered stem of vulcanite, this is an English pipe-chart classic with a stimulating modern twist.
