Ashton: Pebble Cut Billiard with Silver (LX) Tobacco Pipe

Bill Ashton-Taylor got his start making pipes for Dunhill, but after mastering the craft, realized he needed to set out on his own, so he founded the British marque Ashton. Sadly, Bill passed away in 2009, but pipe maker Jimmy Craig proudly carries on the Ashton name. This Billiard by Ashton is a classically inclined rendition of the Anglo-French shape-chart standard, featuring an upright bowl, proportional shank, and vibrant tapered stem. Furthermore, the iconic piece is dressed in the striking Pebble Cut finish, a dark rustication that highlights exceptionally deep and craggy growth rings, manifesting a rugged texture. Additionally, a broad silver band on the shank end provides a distinguished, dazzling accent on this sizeable "LX" Billiard.
