Ashton: Old Church Paneled Bent Pot with Silver (X) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-006-4011

Eager to become part of the pipe making process, Bill Ashton-Taylor started working as an apprentice at Dunhill in 1959 when he was only 15 years old. With a burning passion and a high standard for quality pipe making, he would go on to found the Ashton marque, whose legacy has been carried on by Jimmy Craig since Bill's passing in 2009. This bent Pot by Ashton features a sleek, lightweight physique with some cues from the Prince employed in its shaping. The bowl here is compact and petite, featuring a sharp, defined frame formed by six crisp panels. A slender, abbreviated shank transitions from the bowl and is punctuated by a silver accent band. Flowing from the shank is a lengthy, demurely bent stem, granting this pipe a Prince-like posture. Dressing the stummel is Ashton's Old Church sandblast that provides a warm, earthy complexion.
