Ashton: Old Church Billiard with Silver (XX) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-006-4051

Bill Ashton-Taylor got his start making pipes for Dunhill, but after mastering the craft, realized he needed to set out on his own, so he founded the British marque Ashton. Sadly, Bill passed away in 2009, but pipe maker Jimmy Craig proudly carries on the Ashton name. This Billiard by Ashton is a classically inclined rendition of the Anglo-French shape-chart standard, featuring an upright bowl, proportional shank, and tapered stem. Furthermore, the iconic piece is dressed in the timeless hues of the Old Church finish, a crisp, warm tanblast that highlights craggy growth rings in stunning detail. Additionally, the junction of the stem and stummel showcases a silver military mount, adding durability to this archetypal Billiard.
