Almost Poker-like in its construction, this Dublin from Ashton boasts a tall, muscular bowl that flares from its firm, flat heel to its broad rim. As the bowl flares, it takes on a forward-cant that lends the totality of the shape a dynamic appearance. A trim shank and stem brings up the shape's rear and keeps the aft side of the composition looking sleek in profile and lightweight in hand. The ruby-hued Claret sandblast dresses the stummel and highlights a wealth of attractive grain across the briar's surface, while a sterling silver accent adorns the junction and ties the entire composition together with a touch of flash.
