Becker: Sandblasted Dublin (Three Clubs) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-007-0874
The Becker family celebrates three generations of artisan pipe making through Federico, who continues the tradition of his father and grandfather before him, and he maintains the signature Becker shaping style of sleek proportions, crisp lines, and distinctly pointed heels — all expressed by this sandblasted Dublin. Though lightweight, this isn't exactly a pocket pipe, measuring over five and a half inches in length, and the bowl stands tall at the end of this length with over two inches worth of height and a capacious chamber held within. Contrasting the bowl's dominance, the shank is extremely slender and transitions naturally into a long, sleekly tapered stem of hand-cut vulcanite. A lightweight pipe with plenty of potential for hands-free smoking, this piece embodies sleek, geometric lines that all lead into the heel's pointed disposition, informing the bowl's forward cant and the pipe's dynamic posture. It's all dressed in a detailed but low-profile sandblast, left free of stain to allow the virgin briar to darken with a patina as it's smoked.
