Becker: Sandblasted Skater (Three Clubs) Tobacco Pipe

Federico Becker is a third-generation pipe maker whose late father and grandfather began the Becker workshop in the 1970s. The younger Becker continues his family's legacy, offering stylish pipes elevated by deft engineering and striking finishes. Showcasing Becker's signature style, this Skater boasts a defined, protruding heel and an angled shank-and-stem arrangement. From the aforementioned heel, the bowl grows thick, insulating walls that rise upward and surround a capacious tobacco chamber nearly two inches deep. An acute transition follows the bowl and marks the start of an abbreviated shank that joins a taper of cumberland. A crisp, earthy sandblast completes the ensemble and draws out rippling grain across the bowl's flanks.
