Distinguished by "21" in the shape number, Brebbia's Fat Bob series leaves no doubt as to its unifying theme: All of these pipes are stout, palm-filling briars with exaggerated dimensions that cater to fans of extra-large pipes. This "14" design is a broad bent Bulldog, pairing a wide, Saucer-like bowl to a robust, diamond shank. The Bulldog's characteristic beadline wraps the bowl just above the transition, and the rim offers a domed motif, as opposed to a sleek taper, that accentuates the shape's rotund disposition and adds a touch of softness against the shank's panels. It's offered here in the Italian marque's smooth Selected finish, highlighting the briar's grain in a rich, auburn stain, and it's been drilled to accommodate a 9mm filter.
