Butz-Choquin: Cocarde (1724)
Product Number: 002-010-2205
A cocarde is an ornament, such as a rosette or knot of ribbon, usually worn on the hat as a badge. Just stick one in your tricorne or bicorne and go out and support your favorite monarchy - just remember a white concarde is for the restoration of a Jacobite monarchy, while a black concarde is for the established Hanoverian monarchy. (People get those two so confused.) In all seriousness, this Concarde is your a sinuous bent Egg, light and graceful in form as the old French pipe makers (and evidently, smokers) preferred.- Chuck Stanion
