Butz-Choquin: Belami Sandblast Apple

Product Number: 002-010-3249

I presume the name for this line of pipes was inspired by Guy de Maupassant's second novel, Bel-Ami, though I'm unable to link the novel's primary themes of interpersonal manipulation to pipemaking. However, the celebration of a great French author is reason enough for the line, which is comprised of medium-small, pocketable pipes in minimalist, traditional shapes, like the Apple shown here. It displays a low-profile sandblast, coquettish disposition, and the full-sized smoking characteristics of all pipes made in the hallowed workshop of Butz-Choquin.
