This bent Dublin from Caminetto features a tall, forward-surging bowl that flares from a flat, sure-sitting heel toward a slanted rim. Out back, an angled shank meets an arcing tapered stem of jet-black acrylic, both of which work in concert to provide a rearward trajectory that counterbalances the bowl's forward momentum. A deep groove flows across the fore of the bowl for a touch of organic, asymmetrical shaping. The stummel wears a warm, honey-hued rustication, save for the rim, nomenclature panels, and the aforementioned groove, which are all left smooth for a touch of tactile contrast. Versatile, stylish, and accented by a mount of sterling silver at the shank end, this piece offers plenty to admire.
