Fashioned by Tomasso "Tommi" Ascorti, grandson of Caminetto founder Giuseppe, this bent Brandy exhibits the dramatization of proportions typical to Italian neoclassic style. The robust, broad-based bowl displays the characteristic taper to the rim, with an oval, flattened heel allowing it to sit sturdily upright. Out back, a more slender shank and stem rise gracefully, the mouthpiece downturned for a comfortable smoking posture. This piece is wearing a glossy orange-ruby stain, highlighting handsome wisps of flame grain, while a light-hued, shimmering mount presents further flourish.
