Caminetto: New Dear Bent Billiard (07) (AT) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-011-0798

In the late 1960s, two Castello pipe makers, Guiseppe Ascorti and Luigi Radice, left to found their own workshop, Caminetto. Their skilled craftsmanship grew Caminetto into one of the most popular marques of the 1970s and beyond. This bent Billiard by Caminetto possesses an erect bowl, and its sleek, tapering walls are dressed in Caminetto's craggy New Dear carving, creating an in-hand feel that abounds with fascinating texture. In contrast, the underside of the bowl and the bent shank are dressed in a smooth finish, highlighting a sweeping streak of handsome cross grain. Furthermore, the stummel features a fumed-rim stain, an iconic Italian finish that pairs a dark-hued rim to a chestnut-stained stummel, which manifests a rugged and weathered aesthetic.
