Founded in the 1960s by Guiseppe Ascorti and Luigi Radice, Caminetto is a distinguished workshop that produces pipes in the Italian tradition. A fetching example of the workshop's style, this Billiard boasts a towering, Stack-like bowl that stands at the fore of a sleek, arrow-straight shank-and-stem arrangement. In typical Italian neoclassical fashion, the bowl holds most of the visual weight within the composition, its muscular build and imposing height overshadowing the comparatively lean shank and stem. A ruby-hued smooth finish dresses the stummel and highlights striking grain across the bowl and shank alike.
