Caminetto's special edition Event pipes are released annually, each year seeing an old design from the workshop's original shape chart brought back to the modern stage. For 2020, Caminetto appears to have created a stylized take on their "139" design. The bowl's forward cant is more pronounced on this rendition and its flattened heel works in tandem with the high-kicking, downturned stem to create excellent balance that allows this design to sit stably. A subtle ridgeline wraps around the bowl just below the domed rim. A warm, honey-blonde smooth finish dresses the stummel, while a copper spigot mount lends further elegance.
