It may not be an Occhio di Pernice, but that doesn't stop this charmingly plump Castello Hawkbill from presenting a vast display of birdseye all along the underside and top of the shank. The softly flattened, lenticular shank gracefully leads the eye to the plump, palm-filling Apple bowl, with dancing flame all about the flanks, fore, and aft.
