Castello: Collection Bent Billiard (KKK) Tobacco Pipe

It's rather seldom that Castello crafts bent Billiards with military mounts, and even more so for pieces such as this one that showcase only a demure, gentle bend through the stem. Said stem's sleekness does quite well to enhance the slender outline of the composition's aft side, with the trim shank and domed outline of the black acrylic mount lending the piece a touch of softness that's then carried forward by the bowl. Up front this bowl sits atop a pronounced, yet rounded, heel which supports its arcing taper to the inward-sloping rim. There are plenty of curves to appreciate here, with the contours present sure to make for a comfortable fit in the hand. Dressed in the warm, honeyed hues of the Collection finish, this pipe showcases tight striations of flame grain wrapping around the bowl, as the underside and rim are peppered by pinpricks of birdseye.
