Castello: Aristocratica Bent Apple Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-386-5044
Castello's Aristocratica finish pays homage to the pipes Carlo Scotti, the workshop's founder, crafted for a select group of people in the 60s and 70s. Said finish is defined by a fumed rim and a warm auburn stain, both of which are present on this stylish bent Apple. Shape-wise, this piece is a fairly compact take on the classic design, measuring less than five inches in total length. Even given it reduced size, however, this piece offers more than enough muscularity for the fingers to grasp, especially along the bowl. The bowl holds most of the visual weight within the composition, its stout build, pronounced heel, and thick insulating walls overshadowing the tapering shank-and-stem arrangement that curls out back.
