Boasting the neoclassic proportions and quality craftsmanship for which it's known, Castello presents an Apple with a Prince-like bend of shank and stem. The rounded, palm-filling bowl displays the iconic firm, gently protruding heel that's a signature for the Italian workshop, while the aforementioned far more svelte shank-and-stem arrangement rises gently then turns down demurely at the bit. The bowl is dressed in the craggy rustication and dark stain of the Sea Rock series, the finish providing a wealth of texture in hand, while the shank has received a vibrant, glossy auburn stain that adds a rich degree of contrast to the composition.
