Castello: Old Antiquari Bent Dublin (G) Tobacco Pipe

This bent Dublin from Castello is a compact design with a tall bowl that houses a chamber capacity over two inches in depth. Shape wise, this piece features a tall, flaring bowl that presides over walls that taper down to a sharply defined, rounded heel. The shank kicks high coming out of the muscular transition before giving way to a white acrylic military mount and a tapered, push-style stem of the same material. The military mount configuration enables the piece to be easily broken down, even while the pipe is still hot. The stummel wears the crisp, grain-defining sandblast of the Old Antiquari finish, dressed here with a dark stain at the fumed rim while the rest of the stummel wears warm auburn tones for rich contrast. Perfectly shaped for comfortable jaw-hanging, this piece offers plenty of robust features in a charmingly snug package.
