Claudio Cavicchi: Smooth Bent Dublin Sitter with Black Palm (CCCC)

Product Number: 002-400-1979

This piece is a great example of Claudio Cavicchi's neoclassical style of shaping. With a broad rim, a steep taper to the flattened base, and an upward sweep to shank and stem, it's a stunning desk pipe that's sure to keep you company. It's been finished in the pale stain reserved for his "C" grade pipes, with some bright licks of flame grain climbing the bowl, and just a hint of the briar's underlying growth rings peeking through. To top it off, he's chosen a beautiful piece of black palm to accent, its subtle patterns bridging the gap between the stummel's lighter tones and the jet-black stem.
