Claudio Cavicchi: Brown Sandblasted Bent Dublin Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-400-2612
Housing plenty of chamber depth within its tall, forward-canting bowl, this bent Dublin from Claudio Cavicchi displays a subtle flare to the rim from a firm, yet sweeping heel. The bowl maintains the visual focus here, with the more slender, gracefully arcing shank and gently downturned stem trailing behind in Italian neoclassic style. Cavicchi is renowned for his innate ability to choose, then carve a block of briar to best show off its grain and this pipe is clearly evident of his keen eye. Beautiful ring grain is stunningly pronounced beneath one of his handsome, earthy sandblasts, which also shows off plenty of blasted birdseye dotting the rim.
