Claudio Cavicchi: Black Sandblasted Bent Pot Tobacco Pipe

This bent Pot from Claudio Cavicchi features a stout, low-slung bowl offers plenty of substance for wrapping-fingers to embrace. In typical Italian neoclassical style, the bowl here holds most of the visual weight within the composition, with the comparatively slender shank-and-stem arrangement acting as more of a supporting player. The shank and stem strike a subtle S-curve out back that promotes a comfortable smoking posture and adds a touch of fluidity to the otherwise stocky shape.
