This bent Brandy by Italian pipe carver Claudio Cavicchi is a whimsical interpretation of the classic shape. The pert bowl features a plump midriff and curling upward taper, creating a surprisingly comfortable presence in hand. The broad base is rendered in craggy plateau that runs the length of the upturned round shank. Fitted with a comfortably bent tapered acrylic stem, this pipe combines easy clenchability with the added function of a Sitter without sacrificing sharp aesthetics. Dressed in a crisp black sandblast, the stummel boasts fine ring grain around the bowl.
