Boasting a towering bowl and the dramatized proportions of Italian neoclassic design, this bent Brandy from Claudio Cavicchi features a drooping, plump and rounded heel that gradually tapers to the wavy rim. The hearty bowl in profile brings the Pitcher shape to mind and nearly fills the palm. It's paired to a comparatively far more slender, rounded shank, then topped by a downturned saddle stem. As usual with Cavicchi pipes, the shaping of the briar is geared toward showing off stellar grain. Tall, dense and feathery flame grain on all flanks reaches for the rim beneath a handsome honey-blonde stain for a quite fetching, voluptuous rendition, well deserving of its four "C" stamping.
