A charming rendition of the Tomato shape, this piece from Claudio Cavicchi features an inflated bowl with a mid-set waistline and soft heel. The bowl is paired to a gently bent shank-and-stem arrangement that offers a touch of sinuousness to the composition as well as a comfortable smoking posture. One of Cavicchi's vibrant, honey-hued smooth finish dresses the stummel and showcases a wealth of streaking flame grain on all side of the bowl, making it clear why this piece earned three "C" stamps out of a possible five.
