Claudio Cavicchi: Smooth Bent Dublin (CCCC) Tobacco Pipe

Claudio Cavicchi has earned a reputation since the 1970s as a master of pipe carving and one of the chief artisans working in the Italian neoclassic style. This bent Dublin is an excellent example of said style, featuring a bold, thick-walled bowl capped with a broad, undulating rim atop walls taper down to a firm, jutting heel at the fore of a slim round shank accented with streaked acrylic at its junction to a comfortably bent black acrylic stem. Dressed in Cavicchi's signature honey-blonde finish, the stummel boasts excellent flame grain around the bowl, with dense fields of birdseye populating the rim.
