One of Italy's finest pipe makers, Claudio Cavicchi has carved pipes for over 40 years and is still going strong. Cavicchi crafts a wide variety of shapes, and each one showcases spectacular grain patterns in either a smooth or sandblasted finish. This bent Egg by Cavicchi features a plump, full-bodied bowl that stands at the fore of a sturdy shank and a demurely curved saddle stem. Said bowl boasts rounded insulating walls that rise from a lifted heel to a concave rim, which adds a touch of angularity to the otherwise supple form. Dressing this piece is a honey-blonde smooth finish that highlights gorgeous grain across the bowl and shank alike.
