This pipe features a wide, oval shank, wide, slightly asymmetrical top with chamfered inner rim, and wide heel and base. The angles of the bowl perfectly match the grain for hair-like, angel hair striations of contrasting color, with fine birdseye liberally evident at heel, rim, and top and bottom of shank. The curved disk of the top ends in a crisp, sharp line. Short and well balanced, this pipe will smoke as well as its design pleases.
