Il Duca: Sandblasted Rhodesian (B) Tobacco Pipe

Il Duca pipes are the embodiment of Massimiliano "Max" Rimensi's deep-rooted passion for both pipe smoking and fine craftsmanship. Each pipe is the result of years of dedicated craftsmanship, rooted in Max's early fascination with pipe making and honed by his foundation in woodworking. Il Duca pipes are distinguished by their balance of form and function, often enhanced with unique materials and eye-catching finishes. This Rhodesian by Il Duca is a masterclass in fluidity and form, marrying the disciplined structure of traditional design with the graceful, flowing lines of contemporary artistry. A lifted heel and soft undercurve evoke a Zulu-like elegance, gently pushing the bowl into prominence and accentuating the shape's natural rhythm. The wide, ovoid shank flows effortlessly from a tight transition and tapers into a gingerly black vulcanite stem, offering a comfortable posture and visual balance to the profile.
