Dunhill: Bruyere with Horn (3103) (2016)
Product Number: 002-015-3534
If you've ever wondered how Dunhill would execute a briar in the style of Ser Jacopo's Insanus series, this Bruyere "03" might provide some clarity. Shape-wise, it is arguably quite classic of form, though the stem is where things get a bit more playful. Indeed, from the creamy horn mount extends a mouthpiece that, rather than an arrow-straight, streamlined profile, presents one that takes a dramatic, almost 90-degree turn. The famous white spot is also present on both the top and bottom of the stem, allowing for the curved piece to be oriented toward the right or left. The effect is quite a whimsical one, and makes for a neat juxtaposition with the otherwise very traditional stummel.
