Dunhill: Amber Flame Cavalier (DR) (Two Flame) Tobacco Pipe

A unique Cavalier from Dunhill, this design has been around for decades, having been first introduced as a modern, "gadget" pipe, yet it remains quite rare nowadays. Like the standard Cavalier, it features an end cap at the bottom of the shank to remove excess condensation; however, on this piece the shank is made from black-tinged aluminum with a threaded transition onto which the "03" Billiard bowl screws. The chestnut stain offers just the right amount of contrast against the shank and stem's black hue, while still remaining reserved and traditional. Furthermore, this piece has received Dunhill's Dead Root designation, reserved for smooth pipes that showcases exceptional grain.
