Dunhill: County (5226) (2021) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-015-5629
Dunhill's "26" defines everything we love about the Hungarian/Oom Paul shape — A deep bend ensures comfortable clenching, in spite of the hearty Group 5 bowl presented here, and the overall shaping is robust and muscular. The S-curve continues, then, into the stretched heel and upright, cylindrical bowl, all dressed in the County finish's warm sandblast.
Like the Cumberland finish, Dunhill's County line pairs rich, cumberland stems with delightfully textured sandblasts. Typically, County pieces wear a lighter stain, often falling between the Cumberland and Tanshell hues, and since its introduction in 1986, with only a brief hiatus, the County remains stalwart within Dunhill's portfolio, especially desired by lovers of brindled vulcanite and warm sandblasts.-Truett Smith
