Dunhill: County Quaint Bent Billiard (3) (2019) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-015-5772

Dunhill's Quaint series is reserved for non-standard forms, as in this bent Billiard Sitter. Rendered in Group 3 size, the forward-inclining bowl is deep of chamber and firm of heel. A low-set transition is followed by a somewhat abbreviated shank and a downturned stem that is reminiscent of the Prince shape. Elegantly fashioned and dressed in the pastoral County finish, this piece offers an abundance of delightful texture in hand.

Like the Cumberland finish, Dunhill's County line pairs rich, cumberland stems with delightfully textured sandblasts. Typically, County pieces wear a lighter stain, often falling between the Cumberland and Tanshell hues, and since its introduction in 1986, with only a brief hiatus, the County remains stalwart within Dunhill's portfolio, especially desired by lovers of brindled vulcanite and warm sandblasts.
