Lean and svelte, this "05" Dublin from Dunhill is rendered in compact Group 2 size and features a poised, diminutive bowl displaying a slight forward cant and a subtle taper. It's paired to a sleek, trim shank-and-stem arrangement, resulting in a lithe, slender profile. Elegant and travel-friendly, this gorgeous pipe is dressed in the dark, smoky tones of the esteemed Chestnut finish.
A sibling to the Cumberland, Dunhill's Chestnut finish was inaugurated in 1983 to commemorate the closing of the Cumberland Rd. warehouse for which the Cumberland finish was named. Like the Cumberland, pipes in the Chestnut line wear the same dark, smoky stain and are fitted to stems of cumberland but feature a silky smooth, glossy finish compared to the Cumberland's rugged sandblast.
