Dunhill: County (3110) (2016) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-015-6857
This "10" Liverpool from Dunhill is exemplary of the craftsmanship that made the English marque's pipes famous the world over. Rendered in thoroughly English style, the balanced proportions and subtly muscular shaping on display make this an archetypal example of what a Liverpool should be. The round shank transitions smoothly to a tapered stem in Dunhill's timeless cumberland vulcanite, for a sharp yet rugged look. Rendered in Group 3 proportions, this piece is dressed in the rugged County finish.
Like the Cumberland finish, Dunhill's County line pairs rich, cumberland stems with delightfully textured sandblasts. Typically, County pieces wear a lighter stain, often falling between the Cumberland and Tanshell hues, and since its introduction in 1986, with only a brief hiatus, the County remains stalwart within Dunhill's portfolio, especially desired by lovers of brindled vulcanite and warm sandblasts.
