Dunhill: Chestnut (3111) (2021) Tobacco Pipe

One of Dunhill's several Canadian variants, the "11" Lovat presents a refined elegance that has captivated countless pipe smokers. The bowl is identical to Dunhill's "03" Billiard, offering a familiar in-hand feel, but the congruence ends there. The shank is elongated and cylindrical, with an abbreviated saddle stem rounding out the composition, creating a tidy and sleek profile. Dressed in Dunhill's historic Chestnut finish, this "11" exudes traditional appeal.
A sibling to the Cumberland, Dunhill's Chestnut finish was inaugurated in 1983 to commemorate the closing of the Cumberland Rd. warehouse for which the Cumberland finish was named. Like the Cumberland, pipes in the Chestnut line wear the same dark, smoky stain and are fitted to stems of cumberland but feature a silky smooth, glossy finish compared to the Cumberland's rugged sandblast.
