Dunhill's Group 1 designation features some of the smallest pipes the English marque has to offer, with this "03" Billiard displaying charming, diminutive but well-balanced proportions. This compact, svelte piece may be small, but it's definitely not lacking in terms of classic appeal. It's an ideal choice for anyone seeking to acquire a Dunhill, but prefer lightweight pipes with smaller chambers that can easily be transported, and it is dressed in the rich, smoky tones of the Chestnut finish.
A sibling to the Cumberland, Dunhill's Chestnut finish was inaugurated in 1983 to commemorate the closing of the Cumberland Rd. warehouse for which the Cumberland finish was named. Like the Cumberland, pipes in the Chestnut line wear the same dark, smoky stain and are fitted to stems of cumberland but feature a silky smooth, glossy finish compared to the Cumberland's rugged sandblast.
