Dunhill: Chestnut Quaint Bent Billiard (4) (2019) Tobacco Pipe

Although Dunhill typically draws on their century-old shape chart for their pipe designs, their Quaint series focuses on pipes that break the mold. This Group 4 bent Billiard features a towering, cylindrical bowl with a flattened underside, giving the bowl a geometric look and in-hand feel. Out back, the shank-and-stem arrangement presents a willowy profile, but possesses a broad cross-section that helps balance the weight of the robust bowl. Additionally, this unique bent Billiard is dressed in the cool hues of Dunhill's Chestnut finish.

A sibling to the Cumberland, Dunhill's Chestnut finish was inaugurated in 1983 to commemorate the closing of the Cumberland Rd. warehouse for which the Cumberland finish was named. Like the Cumberland, pipes in the Chestnut line wear the same dark, smoky stain and are fitted to stems of cumberland but feature a silky smooth, glossy finish compared to the Cumberland's rugged sandblast.
