Dunhill: County (5222) (2023) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-015-7617
Rustic and muscular, this Dunhill "22" Poker is an impressive rendition of a shape-chart standard, elevated by Dunhill's eye for detail. Featuring a respectable chamber and thick walls, the bowl of this Group 5 piece rises into a straight, robust cylinder as it sits atop a flattened heel. The shank pushes out from a slightly elevated transition to meet a sleek saddle stem, the pair lending the aft side of this pipe a handsomely gracile demeanor. Dressed in the crisp, rustic sandblast of the County series, this pipe showcases plenty of handsome grain.
Like the Cumberland finish, Dunhill's County line pairs rich, cumberland stems with delightfully textured sandblasts. Typically, County pieces wear a lighter stain, often falling between the Cumberland and Tanshell hues, and since its introduction in 1986, with only a brief hiatus, the County remains stalwart within Dunhill's portfolio, especially desired by lovers of brindled vulcanite and warm sandblasts.
