Dunhill: County Quaint Bent Brandy (5) (2019) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-015-7619
Although Dunhill typically draws on their century-old shape chart for their pipe designs, their Quaint series focuses on pipes that break the mold. This bent Brandy features a towering, shapely bowl that closely resembles Dunhill's "33" Brandy, and its Group 5 size manifests a robust feel in hand. However, the shank-and-stem arrangement features a notable revision, as it possesses an ovoid construction that manifests a sleek, aquiline character. Additionally, this Quaint bent Brandy is dressed in Dunhill's rustic County finish.
Like the Cumberland finish, Dunhill's County line pairs rich, cumberland stems with delightfully textured sandblasts. Typically, County pieces wear a lighter stain, often falling between the Cumberland and Tanshell hues, and since its introduction in 1986, with only a brief hiatus, the County remains stalwart within Dunhill's portfolio, especially desired by lovers of brindled vulcanite and warm sandblasts.
