This Eltang Basic adheres to that dynamic, and aside from having been designed by Tom Eltang himself, it's a handsome workhorse of a smoker, here wearing a warm, glossy contrast stain that highlights the briar's cross-cut patterns. It's fixed to an unbreakable, heat-resistant carbon fiber shank and a removable acrylic bit. Sure to make for an attractive, yet solid companion.
