Tom Eltang: Rusticated Tubos

Product Number: 002-299-0895

Aptly named, the Tubos design from Tom Eltang certainly does present quite the tubular profile. From the incredibly stout shank to the tight-knit transition and cylindrical bowl, it resembles the elbow joint of some pipe, craggy and weathered in Tom's signature rustication style. The reason for such a massive shank: reverse Calabash engineering, endowed with a capacious cooling chamber within. It's a thoroughly unique smoker and testifies to Eltang's playful inclinations while still adhering to his incredibly strict standards of excellent craftsmanship and stem work. Plus, it does well to show off his readily recognizable glossy, ebony stain, accented conventionally with a smooth rim and trim ring at the shank-end.
