Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation: Forza Fiano (1957) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-787-1839

This bent Pot design corresponds to Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation's 1957 pipe tobacco blend, named in honor of Erik Stokkebye's birthdate. The current patriarch of the Stokkebye family's long standing tobacco tradition, Erik continues the work of his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, providing quality tobacco blends as well as handsomely Danish-style pipes. The "1957" pipe shape is a sturdy bent Pot, designed and fashioned for Stokkebye by the Ascortis of Caminetto. The bowl dominates the profile, perched on the end of a subtly serpentine shank-and-stem combination that lends a touch of gesture to the overall form. With a substantive but comfortable in-hand presence, the "1957" is a shape that's charming and practical.

The Forza series presents Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation's most recognizable pipes in four distinctive finishes: the Nebbiolo, the Fiano, the Grappa, and the Primitivo. The Nebbiolo consists of an auburn sandblast; the Fiano, a honey-auburn smooth finish; the Grappa, a dark, craggy rustication; and the Primitivo, a dark, wire-brushed rustication. Regardless of finish, every pipe in the Forza series is united by a flashy metallic accent.
