Former: Smooth Apple with Silver Tobacco Pipe

There's something of a small trend within today's update of pieces from Hans "Former" Nielsen: this muscular, though compact Apple joins the likes of the bamboo-adorned Apple in this same update in the sense that it wears a material not often employed by the carver. The material, in this case, happens to be sterling silver: a hearty accent band of it, visually paired to the sleek saddle stem, and offering a pleasant contrast with a display of shapely, though streamlined, briar. The finish is a rich, lively contrast making the most of a gorgeous cross-cut pattern, leading the eyes to both cheeks' worth of some of the sharpest birdseye I've laid eyes on.
