Glenn Tinsky: Dark Carved Bent Apple Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-915-0024
The son of beloved American artisan Mark Tinsky, Glenn Tinsky continues his family's pipe-making tradition, incorporating the influence of his father's style with a touch of Danish cues to create his own unique aesthetic. Before becoming a full-time pipe maker, Glenn had a long career in the restaurant industry, where he developed a discerning stylistic sensibility that he's applied to pipe carving with impressive results. This robust bent Apple is a bowl-forward rendition, featuring a plump heel and curved, supple walls at the fore of a slim round shank and bent acrylic stem. Dressed in a crisp black rustication, the stummel features swirling patterns of texture, creating visual and tactile intrigue.
