Il Cerchio: Sandblasted Natural Tomato Tobacco Pipe

In 2018, Angelo Del Prete began crafting pipes to diversify the collection within his own tobacco shop. He would go on to learn from some of Italy's best, including Davide Iafisco and Massimiliano Rimensi. Meaning "The Circle" in Italian, Il Cerchio's pipes are all handcrafted by Del Prete today, including this Tomato. Measuring just over five inches long, this pipe approaches Nosewarmer proportions while still maintaining hefty features. From a sweeping heel, the walls of the plump bowl expand then taper inward to a concave rim. Nestled within the bowl is a compact tobacco chamber, making this pipe ideal for short and satisfying smoking sessions. The transition lends plenty of room to wrap the thumb as it gives way to a flaring shank that terminates at a domed face. A stylized vulcanite stem protrudes from said face, completing the bend of the aft. The inky sleekness of the mouthpiece juxtaposes the rippling sandblast along the stummel, save for the rim and shank face, which are finished smooth.
